1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and playing games on QuickiePlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
QuickiePlay provides online browser based multiplayer games, game sessions, results, account features, social play tools, analytics, safety systems, and related product features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for those changes.
3. Gameplay Data and User Content
Some QuickiePlay games allow players to create or generate gameplay content and interaction data, including choices, votes, rankings, guesses, drawings, text responses, taps, swipes, timing data, reaction data, match results and similar gameplay activity.
You give QuickiePlay permission to host, store, process, analyse, transform and display gameplay content and gameplay data as needed to operate the service, run game sessions, show results, improve gameplay, maintain safety and security, fix bugs, perform analytics, and improve QuickiePlay systems.
Where explained in our Privacy Policy and controlled by your privacy choices, gameplay interaction data may also be used to evaluate, improve or train AI-powered systems. This does not give QuickiePlay permission to sell directly identifiable personal information.
4. AI Data Contribution
Some games or features may allow gameplay interaction data to contribute to AI improvement, model evaluation, safety testing, analytics, recommendations or gameplay quality improvements.
Where available, optional AI data contribution can be turned off in your settings. QuickiePlay games will still work when optional AI data contribution is turned off, although some optional research, experimental, sensor based or AI-powered features may not be available.
AI data contribution is separate from marketing consent and separate from accepting these Terms.
5. Privacy-Protected Gameplay Signals
When gameplay data is used for analytics, research, model evaluation or AI improvement, QuickiePlay aims to remove or separate direct identifiers where practical. We may use aggregated, de-identified or pseudonymised gameplay data.
Pseudonymised data is not the same as fully anonymous data, because re-identification may still be possible in some circumstances.
QuickiePlay does not use account email addresses, login credentials, payment information, private contact details, authentication tokens, raw invite links, support messages or marketing subscription status for AI model training.
6. Licence to Use Gameplay Content
You keep any rights you have in content you create while using QuickiePlay.
By using QuickiePlay, you grant QuickiePlay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, analyse, transform, display, moderate, de-identify and aggregate gameplay content and gameplay data for the purposes of operating QuickiePlay, running game sessions, showing results, improving gameplay, maintaining safety and security, fixing bugs, preventing abuse, performing analytics, and improving QuickiePlay systems.
Where explained in our Privacy Policy and controlled by your privacy choices, this licence also allows QuickiePlay to use gameplay interaction data to evaluate, improve or train AI-powered systems.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to QuickiePlay.
7. Accounts, Usernames and Avatars
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login methods, links, session identifiers and device access secure.
Usernames and avatars must not impersonate others and must not contain offensive, harmful, illegal or private information. QuickiePlay may change, remove or restrict usernames or avatars that violate these rules or create safety, privacy, legal or service integrity risks.
8. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not use QuickiePlay to submit or generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, misleading, infringing, confidential, or invasive of another person's privacy.
You must not submit, create, upload, draw, write, record or share:
- Sensitive personal information, confidential information or private contact details.
- Financial details, government identifiers or health information.
- Information about another person without permission.
- Illegal, hateful, abusive, harassing, sexual or exploitative content.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Malware, spam or attempts to interfere with the service.
- Attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or abuse QuickiePlay.
- Attempts to manipulate scores, matches, votes or results.
9. Sensor-Based Features
Some games or features may request access to device capabilities such as microphone, camera, motion, orientation or similar sensors. These features are optional and will only operate where permission is granted through the app, browser or device.
If you do not grant the relevant permission, the specific sensor based feature may not work, but normal gameplay should remain available where possible.
10. Game-Specific Rules and Data Notices
Some games may include additional rules, instructions, scoring systems, safety notices or data notices. These form part of your use of that game. If a game specific notice explains that a certain type of gameplay signal is collected, used or optional, that notice should be read together with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services and Partners
QuickiePlay may use trusted third-party services and technology partners to host the service, authenticate accounts, operate game sessions, analyse performance, detect abuse, improve gameplay, provide analytics, support AI-powered systems or deliver other features.
Use of QuickiePlay may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of relevant third-party providers, such as authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics providers or other service providers.
QuickiePlay does not sell directly identifiable personal information.
12. Marketing Communications
Marketing communications are optional and separate from accepting these Terms and separate from optional AI data contribution. If you subscribe to marketing messages, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.
13. Moderation and Enforcement
QuickiePlay may remove, restrict, de-identify, aggregate, moderate or exclude gameplay content, gameplay data, accounts, usernames, avatars, sessions or results where reasonably needed for safety, privacy, legal compliance, abuse prevention, product quality, service integrity, dataset quality or enforcement of these Terms.
QuickiePlay may suspend or terminate access if a user breaches these Terms or uses the service in a harmful, abusive, illegal or disruptive way.
14. Intellectual Property
All original games, website design, text, graphics, interfaces, and arrangement of materials on QuickiePlay are the intellectual property of QuickiePlay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the service without our written permission except as allowed by these Terms.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. QuickiePlay makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or fully secure.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickiePlay and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of the service.
- Any conduct or content of third parties on the service.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content.
17. Privacy
Your use of QuickiePlay is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes that affect how gameplay data, AI data contribution or privacy choices work, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or request consent where required. Your continued use of QuickiePlay after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
